Register for Your Badge and Provide Your Contact Information
CTeL will take photos of attendees throughout the Summit. These photos are for CTeL's use only and may appear on the CTeL website, newsletter, conference brochures, social media outlets, or other future CTeL promotional material. By attending the CTeL Summit you hereby grant CTeL the absolute right and permission to use your photograph or video image in promotional materials and publicity.
*Refund Policy: No refunds are payable for events after payment has been finalized. An unused ticket can be applied for the immediate next CTeL Executive Teleheath Summit for full admittance. Prices and offers are subject to change.
**Ticket Transfer Policy: Tickets may be transferred to another individual within the same organization, if a registered/paid attendee is unable to attend. One ticket may not be used by multiple people, even if attending on different days or for different sessions of a Summit. The new attendee must register for the Summit and the prior attendee will be removed from the guest list.
